Created with relaxation in mind, ‘Waterbird’ is a boathouse that is perched on the eastern shores of Windermere.

Stepping into the spacious and contemporary open-plan living area, your eyes will be instantly drawn to the floor-to-ceiling windows, beautifully framing the lake outside. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area seamlessly blend into the lounge area, which offers a comfortable space for relaxing with friends and family.

With an uninterrupted view of the lake and western shoreline, the outside deck is a standout feature and encourages al-fresco meals while you listen to the sounds of nature and the lapping water.

After a day of exploring, retreat to the master bedroom's king-size bed for a blissful night's sleep. The second bedroom is set up with twin beds. Both share the shower room.

For those seeking water-based adventures, the boathouse's private awning allows you to conveniently launch your own boat directly onto Windermere. There’s also a pier for you to make use of.
