On this one-day course, students will learn the basic skills of stained glass – choosing from a tutor template or creating their own simple design. The panel can be all glass, or incorporate a mirror if desired. Students will learn to choose and cut glass shapes, and to assemble their panel in lead, shaping and cutting the lead to size. Finally, students will solder their panel together to create the finished piece which can be taken away at the end of the day.
