The Inn on the Lake has 46 en-suite rooms with most having breath taking views of Lake Ullswater or looking towards the magnificent Helvellyn mountain range. Experience our Luxury Collection bedrooms, these stunning bedrooms are the most beautiful rooms. We have seasonal offer you can enjoy and are open all year round.
Relax in the Lake View lounges or the unique Orangery with 360 degree views of the lake and surrounding fells and enjoy morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon teas. The relaxing atmosphere of the Orangery makes it the perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea. The atmosphere of the lounges and orangery with their roaring fire offers a wonderful spot to indulge in a luxury afternoon tea during the winter months, or in the warmer months the large outside terrace and gardens are a bright alternative with beautiful surroundings and views to the Lake. This is a pet friendly area.
The Lake View Restaurant provides fine dining with imaginative dinner menus with strong emphasis on local produce served with style in beautiful surroundings and enjoying stunning views of Lake Ullswater in the Lake District. With menus changing seasonally and a wide choice of wines there is always plenty of variety for even the most discerning palate.
For less formal dining The Ramblers Bar & Candleroom, situated within this Ullswater hotels grounds, offers excellent traditional pub meals. Muddy boots and Dogs Welcome.
