About

Located in the popular Cumbrian town of Kirkby Stephen in the heart of the Eden Valley, giving easy access to the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Pennines, Redmayne House is the perfect choice for a holiday to remember. If you’re looking to stay somewhere spacious and luxurious, look no further than arguably the finest and largest town house within this busy little market town, you are going to love this house.

The Grade II listed Georgian town house is date marked 1787 while the original parts of the property date back to the 1650s, with the large hallway with boasting original Georgian features. Sleeping up to seventeen guests in eight bedrooms (six with private en-suite facilities, and one Jack and Jill en-suite), plus a family bathroom over the second and third floor, there shouldn’t be any arguing over using one of the many amazing bathrooms. With three separate living areas on the ground floor, the snug/study, sitting room and grand living room all with real fires or wood burning stoves. Also on the ground floor is the beautiful dining room with stunning wood panelling on the walls, plus a stunning kitchen providing all the appliances that you would want and need, with a handy utility providing washing and drying facilities.

Now for the best bit, after a day of adventure, whatever the weather, you can indulge and relax in the bubbling indoor hot tub in the garden room or have a friendly competition at pool or darts in the games room.
