The Punch Bowl is a luxury Lake District hotel with 9 beautiful bedrooms and an award winning restaurant. We serve a variety of different dishes based around classic British and French cuisine. We are located in the sleepy village of Crosthwaite, just 5 miles away from tourist hotspot, Windermere. Over the last 15 years, we have been lucky enough to win many awards for our food, our front of house team and our accommodation.

Take Junction 36 from the M6 motorway and join the A590 towards Barrow. Follow this dual carriageway for a few miles before leaving it near the Gilpin Bridge Inn and joining the A5074. Stay on this road for about 4 miles, you will then see signposts for the Punch Bowl guiding you to the Inn through Crosthwaite.
There is no access via public transport but the nearest train station is Oxenholme and you can get a taxi from there.
