• From the South; leave the M6 and take the 3rd exit onto the A592
• From the North; leave the M6 and take the 1st exit onto the A592
• Stay in the left lane. At the mini roundabout take the 1st exit onto Haweswater Road.
• Follow the road for approx. 0.8 miles (2 mins) through the industrial estate to the next T-junction / mini round about.
• Turn left onto the B5288 (Newton Road). Follow for approx. 2.5 miles (4 mins).
• After approx. 2.5 miles fork right (in front of The Clickham Inn public house) and follow Park View Road for approx. 1.6 miles (4 mins).
• Drive into Blencowe village, over the small stone bridge and turn immediately left and then left again.
• Follow the road for approx. 0.3. miles (1 min) and turn right into The Rowley Estates Blencowe Hall & Cottages.
• Blencowe Hall is via the gateway on the right (An access code is required to open the gates.) Cazenovia Hall, Riverain and Wythburn Cottage are via the open gateway on the left.
