This route followsthe new (in 2023) 'WOW' Trail through the forest to the purpose-built viewingarea complete with interpretation boards.  The viewing area gives a spectacularpanoramic view that includes Bassenthwaite Lake and many of the NorthernLake District Fells, including Skiddaw and Blencathra. We hope to beaccompanied by a Volunteer Ranger who will be able to highlight points ofinterest.
