Our modern, fully furnished and equipped caravan holiday homes are situated adjacent to the main touring park. They are located within easy reach of all the park amenities. They sleep 4 (1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom) or 6 (1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms) and are perfect for families or couples looking to explore the Lake District. Prices for a short break vary between £302 - £585 with a weeks stay from £465 - £900.
All of our static caravans for hire have an enclosed decking or patio area with a picnic bench. Ideal for enjoying a bite to eat or a drink as the sun goes down.
We provide duvets, pillows, bed linen, tea towel, dishcloth, washing up liquid. We even provide a small starter pack of teabags, coffee, sugar, a pint of milk and a packet of biscuits for when you arrive.
You just need to bring yourselves and a set of towels. Smoking is not permitted in any of our static caravans for hire. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
Dogs are permitted by prior arrangement in certain static caravans, max 2 per caravan at a charge of £40 per booking.

Rydal Water is 1.18km long. As one of the most beautiful walks in the Lake District, we recommend taking a circular walk which leads you around Rydal Water to Grasmere Lake.
Wastwater is 3 miles long and half a mile wide. It's also the deepest lake in England, with a maximum depth of 260 feet.
Bassenthwaite is approximately 4 miles long. Unlike many of the lakes in the Lake District there is not a circular footpath around Bassenthwaite. You will need to walk it in smaller sections.
