Situated a minutes’ walk away from Windermere train station and only a mile and half away from the lake shores of Windermere, we provide a wide range of maps and guides for any walker along with gifts, outdoor clothing and a box office for all major attractions. From the M6 take jct 36, signed A590. Stay on this dual carriageway to A591 Windermere, about 20 minutes from the M6. As you enter Windermere, at the left turn to the town centre the TIC is the wooden building on the left at the junction. There is 1 hour free parking right in front.
