About

The tastefully modern Windermere Restaurant serves a selection of classic European dishes surrounded by the contrast of vibrant artwork; English old oak panelling, sumptuous leather chairs, crystalware and crockery. Not to mention the stunning outlook, Lake Windermere and striking mountain ranges. The Langdale Lounge and Bar provides a perfect retreat for a light snack or afternoon tea and Café del Lago Bistro, offers an excellent summer time alfresco dining experience.

Road Directions

Rail service:- West Coast Main Line, London - Glasgow stopping at Oxenholme. Change trains for Windermere station. Taxis are available outside station or telephone Lakes Taxis freephone 0800 7317612.
From south: leave M6 jct 36 onto A590 then A591 signposted to Kendal then Windermere. Hotel is situated 3 miles north of Windermere village.
From north: leave M6 jct 40 then follow A66 towards Keswick, then take the A591 south to Ambleside, hotel is 2 miles south of Ambleside.


Accessible by Public Transport: Windermere station is 3 miles away.
