About

We offer a wide variety of archery activities to make this activity lots of fun, entertaining and competitive.

Target Archery is probably what most people imagine when they think of a have a go session.  We add a number of games and friendly competition together whith bows which is suitable for a range of people from about 10 year upwards to adult.  It's lots of fun and if you haven't shot much before you will definitely improve your aim.

Tag Archery is extremely popular with groups.  You actually get to shoot at each other. We have a number of team games in which each team tries to shoot the members of the opposing team whilst avoiding getting shot themselves.  It's a bit like paint ball without as much bruising!  It's very competitive, fast moving and lots of fun.

Field Archery has developed as a way of simulating hunting in open ground or woodland.  We use 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional animal targets (fake not real).   The full version does require quite a bit of experience since you never shoot an arrow from the same place twice.  For most groups we make the shooting range simpler so that most people can manage to score on most of the targets.

Not sure which sort of archery to do?

Most sessions can be a bit of a mixture of all that we offer.  You can discuss details of the session with us and we are happy to advise you on which to choose.

Opening Times

* Til dusk. Most sessions run mornings or afternoons but can be arranged to suit.
