La’al Sauna is the first wood fired, Nordic inspired sauna in Cumbria made from a converted vintage horse box. With a beautiful HUUM stove and hand crafted interior, it’s the perfect space for you to relax, reconnect with nature and benefit from the healing properties of heat and cold-water therapy through the power of ‘Löyly’ or steam.
La’al Sauna has the ability to reduce stress, detoxify and encourage skin rejuvenation, improve sleep quality, and increase blood circulation and immune function.
Plus with regular sauna use, you can reduce stroke risk, chronic pain and fatigue and also protect against dementia and Alzheimer’s, as well as respiratory diseases and pneumonia.
