Soul led bespoke and personalised wellbeing and healing retreats to soothe your soul.

Everybody is uniquely different, so these retreats reflect this by being completely unique and attuned to your soul’s needs.

Together we find techniques that resonate and we create a ‘toolbox’ of practices and skills to revisit and use in your own time and space, to support you in your empowerment journey towards finding a way to feel in a different way, to let go of anxiety, find ways to sleep better and explore healing. We will co-create a soulful way of being just for you and your needs.

The retreats can take place at the Wild Soul studio space and outside in nature, or we can find a location that is more convenient to you.
