Walby Farm Park: A fun day out for all the family!

Curly Tails Café

Award-winning Farm Visitor Attraction with large indoor play area for all the family, outdoor adventure play, cafe and gift shop.
Delicious home-made food, and great value for money!

With so much to enjoy, there’s no doubt you’ll work up an appetite on your day out at Walby! That’s where Curly Tails Café comes in.

Open 7 days a week, the Curly Tails Café - adjacent to the children’s play area - overlooks our animal paddocks and surrounding countryside. It’s perfect for a morning breakfast roll, coffee, snacks, lunches, afternoon teas and early evening suppers.

Each day we offer freshly cooked meals, including delicious homemade soups and paninis, pasta dishes, home-made burgers, steak pie, casseroles and vegetarian options. We have a fantastic children’s menu offering hot food or cold pick ‘n’ mix lunch boxes (and baby food and microwave warming facilities too).

Fancy something sweet? We make all our own cakes and traybakes, and we bake fresh scones in the café each morning. Our tasty home cooked meals are also made using locally sourced ingredients – all to be enjoyed from a great setting in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside.

The café, and the majority of the Farm Park, is pushchair and wheelchair friendly. For more information, please read our Access Statement here: https://www.walbyfarmpark.co.uk/info/accessibility/

Outdoor Excitement at Walby Farm Park

Make friends & get up close to the Animals in our Animal Barn, play on the swings, trampolines and aerial slide, try out your pedal power on the Go-Karts, enter the Tractor Tower, test your skills on the agility equipment.

For an extra charge children can enjoy the off-road Mini Land Rover driving course or our Baa-rmy Barrel Train ride! There's also Walby's Wacky Golf and our JCB themed 'Dig & Play' giant sandpit to keep you entertained.
