About

WILD SOUL YOGA
Wild Soul yoga is for ‘real life’, with its foundations in Hatha yoga (200+hours TT), it is suitable for everybody, no fancy pants or words here!

Wild Soul offers retreats in the woods & combines yoga with nature based meditation, nature connection, creativity & guided walks to promote a deep connection to nature.

The Wild Soul studio can be found at the Victoria Hall in Grange Over Sands (with a sea view). A unique yoga experience which allows you to explore your body, mind, soul journey in a safe & loving space.

Our practice is grounding, nourishing & nurturing, by honouring & connecting to the seasons we understand more about ourselves. We practice seasonal, nature based movement, meditation, relaxation and breath work.

The sessions & retreats can be tailored to your specific needs and location. This sacred space & time allow you to really listen to nature & to yourself. Listening to your body & being kind to yourself is a truly blissful feeling.

WILD SOUL CREATIVE NATURE THERAPY
Through creative nature therapy, we create beautiful & meaningful seasonal, botanical creations, with local flowers & plants with holistic & healing properties. Whilst delving into the folklore & holistic meanings of individual plants & flowers, scents & colours. All materials are natural, eco-friendly, sustainable & zero waste.

WILD SOUL EARTH CELEBRATIONS & HEALING
Wild Soul earth celebrations honour the seasons through acknowledging the eight Celtic earth celebrations. We gather round the campfire, honour our deep roots with the earth through ritual, setting intentions & creativity, with a modern twist.

WILD SOUL WALKS
Guided nature mindfulness monthly walks in Grange Over Sands. Weaving together walking, and sensory & immersive practices to allow relaxing and nurturing to flow.
