A hands-on back massage lesson for you to learn an effective back massage routine, and to experience lots of massage in the process.
Perfect if you want to be able to provide home treatments to your partner, friends or family, or if you are considering a career in holistic therapies.
Practise techniques which are a blend of holistic, deep tissue and sports massage; ideal if you have tense shoulders!
You can attend on your own, or with a friend or partner. (Pre-booking only).
Taking place at the glorious Brathay Hall, in front of Windermere.
£90, or £160 for 2 people booking.
Price includes parking, refreshments and a digital handbook with videos to help in any home practice after the session!
