Celebrate the Celtic festival of Beltane with forest bathing at Whinlatter Forest.
The energy of Beltane is vibrant and fresh. In this session we align ourselves with the growth we see around us; the new buds emerging, birds singing, bees, butterflies... and explore what makes us feel truly alive? What energises and inspires us?
Guiding you through a series of mindful 'invitations' to connect with yourself, the elements and nature, we learn how the forest supports our physical and emotional health, as we engage with the sights, sounds and smells through mindful walking and movement, breathing and sound meditations; opening our awareness and culminating in a tea ceremony with freshly brewed forest tea.
£35 per person, booking essential
