The Lake District Swim Yoga Retreat.
We love swimming, but we also love yoga and between the two they can keep our lives on an even keel. This trip seeks to offer some lovely wild swimming, in true Swim the Lakes style combined with an excellent yoga experience led by Lake District based Inu Yoga.
This swim, yoga, and hiking adventure is perfect for active outdoor people with reasonable general fitness.

We are Swim the Lakes, based in Ambleside, in the centre of the Lake District since 2005.
Swimming in the Lake District is our passion, and we invite you to come and share this wild swimming paradise with us and our friendly team.

We have a fully loaded outdoor swimming shop both online and in Ambleside for all your wetsuits & equipment plus we provide a wetsuit fitting service at our Ambleside store to ensure you get the perfect wetsuit.
