What's it like to be a young person in Cumbria? Let us show you through art...
The students of West Lakes Academy have teamed up with Rosehill Theatre to produce an exhibition showcasing the ups, the downs and everything in between of their experiences in Cumbria. Through art, photography and installation, we can see how other people see the world around us, finding out what interests them and what makes them think.
Work created with students from years 7 to 12 explores Cumbria through their eyes. From life working the land to friendships, identity and local landmarks, the exhibition reflects the variety of ways that we experience the area in which we live and what it means to different people.
