About

SUPFEST is a unique stand-up paddle boarding festival taking place in the Lake District.
SUPFEST has been running since 2016 with a growing community of paddlers attending every year, with 500 participants in 2022.
Our long-term goal is to build on our success and create the best environmentally sustainable family SUP festival in the UK.
The festival takes place over 3 days and ticket price @ Adults £95 kids £20 includes camping/ campervan or caravan pitches, live music, DJ's, keynote speakers, Brand demos as well as SUP competitions, races, and fun for all age groups. The key emphasis of SUPFEST is inclusivity and fun, so don't expect intense competition, whilst winners will get medals. Prizes are allocated by race number raffle not performance.
On site at the festival, we have catering stands and Bars as well as SUP hire, lessons, sessions, yoga classes, and workshops both on and off the water.
EVENT HISTORY
SUPFEST was the joint brainchild of John Wilson (Lake District Paddle Boarding) Simon Palmer (SUP Adventures) and Sean Etherden (Keswick Mountain Festival). The idea was to create a festival for the growing community of Stand Up Paddleboarders with the key focus being on lifestyle, family and the environment, with a non-commercial feel. We are now in our 6th year and looking forward to another amazing event.
