Step off the riverbank into a perfect river pool and float downstream. Glide past the rushes on this tranquil stretch of river and emerge into the lake to explore the islands ahead. We run the poet's punt wild swim in small groups so that we can fully appreciate the Wild Swimming experience… Don't worry about speed or style just soak up your environment, both above and below the water.

Your guides are all experienced open-water swimmers and qualified lifeguards. We're keen to share their extensive knowledge of the local area and give swimming tips to enhance your outdoor swimming experience.

Swim Ability & Fitness Level: Suitable for beginners & intermediate outdoor swimmers who can comfortably swim 1,500m in a pool. This is a relaxed swim in beautiful surroundings.
