Whether you’re here for a long weekend or a family getaway, this is your chance to slow down and soak up the beauty of Cumbria, whilst taking care of your wellbeing.

Whether you’ve just ticked off a Wainwright, spent the day wandering local shops, or you’re here to unwind after a hectic few months at work, this is your moment to press pause.

Led by welcoming, qualified yoga teachers, these outdoor sessions take place on the beautiful lawn next the Askham’s popular Outdoor Swimming Pool.

Expect birdsong, fresh air, and the calming rhythm of mindful movement, all in the great outdoors.

🧘‍♂️ No yoga experience? No problem. These all-level classes are designed for every body, newbies and seasoned yogis alike. The perfect opportunity for those who have always wanted to try yoga. Mats can be provided, just wear comfy clothes you can move in.
