Led by welcoming, qualified yoga teachers, Yoga in the Park – Cockermouth takes place on the gorgeous lawns of Harris Park. 

Expect birdsong, fresh air, and the calming rhythm of mindful movement, all in the great outdoors.

🧘‍♂️ No yoga experience? No problem. These all-level classes are designed for every body, newbies and seasoned yogis alike. The perfect opportunity for those who have always wanted to try yoga. Mats can be provided, just wear comfy clothes you can move in.
