Cumbria Coastal Route - Map of the whole route The Cumbria Coastal Route follows 200 miles of diverse and spectacular coastline from Arnside in the south to the Solway Coast in the north. Along the way you’ll find welcoming towns and villages with their own distinct characters, sweeping coastal views and a whole host of attractions and eateries, set against the backdrop of the Lake District fells.

Choose to experience it all as one continuous journey along The Grand Tour, or explore in five shorter sections - great for weekend trips and shorter breaks.
