Being in nature is proven to improve our mental health and wellbeing. At Cumbria Wildlife Trust our staff are connecting people to nature with the aim of improving our health through Wild Wellbeing Days. The days focus on the 5 Ways of Wellbeing: Connect, Give, Learn, Be Active and Take Notice –designed to improve resilience and overall happiness.
Wild Wellbeing Days are great for groups from businesses looking to reduce days lost to mental poor health or for team building, and are suitable for the individual too.
We run our days in the south of Cumbria, around Morecambe Bay, and have a range of dates to choose from. Bespoke days for groups of 15 people or more can also be arranged elsewhere in the county – get in touch by emailing wildwork@cumbriawildlifetrust.org.uk
