About
Join us for our summer 10K race and mile fun run. Starting on the road, between the clubhouse car park and The Bay Horse Restaurant, this is a flat, fast PB course, weaving through Ulverston and down towards the coast road. It enters the bottom entrance to Conishead Priory grounds, leaving at the main top entrance, before looping back to finish in front of the clubhouse.

Road Directions
Follow the A590 into Ulverston, turning into North Lonsdale Terrance. Continue along this road as it becomes North Lonsdale Road, turning left at the end you reach the roundabout. Take the first left to reach the car park. Follow the marshals instructions for parking, follow the pedestrian signs to reach the club house.
