About

Armidale Cottages B&B is set in half an acre of land with a small orchard. Built in the 16 C the cottages have been lovingly renovated to a very high standard, retaining many of the original features.

A stone staircase, oak beams, a large walk-in inglenook fireplace, wooden and stone floors fill the cottage with old world charm. There are slate floors in the lounge and hall with wood floors in the dining room and bedroom.

A super king sized bed will ensure a comfortable night's sleep whilst the broadband internet access will keep you connected to the world outside.

We have a tradional  Luxurious wood fired sauna, set away from the house in a small orchard, perfect for unwinding the stresses and strains of modern life. Lots of health benefits as well as being gloriously lovely , tranquil and private. (Sauna is available as a chargeable extra).

We are situated near the Solway Coast National Landscape and are ideally located for exploring the Western fells and Lakes.

Arrival time between 4pm and 8pm, earlier or later by arrangement.
