Open to both residents and non-residents of The Halston Aparthotel we are conveniently located just steps away from Carlisle train station. Serving artisan coffee from local roasters, Bruce & Luke, scones/pastries & breakfast as well a bar menu with options to suit everyone, beers, wines & classic cocktails.

Afternoon Tea

Our afternoon teas are a real treat for any occasion. Served in Bartons Yard, Penny Blue or the Library, enjoy a delectable selection of savoury and sweet. Our classic afternoon tea is served with loose leaf tea or fresh coffee or hot chocolate.

Please note, our afternoon teas are pre bookable only with £5 non refundable deposit, served daily from 3-5pm. Full payment required 7 days prior to booking.

Cocktail Classes

Our cocktail masterclasses are the perfect event to bring friends together. Bridal showers, birthdays or anniversaries, celebrate & learn something new with our fun interactive masterclasses.

Learn how to make 2 signature cocktails or mocktails with your own dedicated bartender. Masterclasses can be designed to your specification (gin lover? tequila fan?), add on afternoon tea for an extra treat or order tapas to share.
