Self Drive Lakeland Segway

We are the longest established authorised segway tour operator in the UK. We offer scenic segway tours in the stunning Cartmel area.

Cartmel Segway Tour

Lakeland Segway have been running Segway Tours from Cartmel for over 10 years. Our experienced guides will provide full instruction and training so there’s no previous experience needed and very little physical effort required to ride a Segway.

The Cartmel Tour lasts for around 1 hour and 15 minutes. It explores the trails in the Holker Estate with great views over the fells and Morecambe Bay. Our guides will provide lots of local knowledge along the way to help you appreciate this beautiful area.

What’s included:

• Helmets are provided
• Full instruction and training provided

What to bring:

• Warm clothing (dress appropriately for the weather)
• Gloves if needed

Combined Cartmel and Adventure Tour

Lakeland Segway have been running Segway Tours from Cartmel for over 10 years. Our experienced guides will provide full instruction and training so there’s no previous experience needed and very little physical effort required to ride a Segway.

Our Combined Tour starts with our Cartmel Tour which explores the beautiful scenery around the Holker Estate. After a break for lunch we’ll do the Adventure Tour which tackles some more challenging terrain and explores some different trails through the woodland. We’ll provide additional training on more advanced techniques in our training area before exploring the woodlands and trails in the Holker Estate.
