We've hidden space-themed geocaches as well as planet-themed and sea-themed painted rocks. While looking for geocaches and rocks, you are likely to encounter abandoned fishing gear and marine litter. We will be providing beach clean equipment so that you can also help clean up the beach and coastal path. No prior knowledge of any of this is required – everything will be explained on the day!
This is a fantastic family event to learn about geocaching, take part in a treasure hunt, and help clean up our coasts. If you have a planet or pirate themed accessory, please wear it – we'll be wearing ours!
