Experience a night-time adventure with the whole family on Coniston Water in rafted canoes. Enjoy the beauty and vastness of the night sky in the heart of the Lake District.
You will start the guided canoe tour in the daylight, giving you time to get to grips with paddling the canoe. We will head off on a journey and explore the Island from Swallows and Amazons then find a secluded bay where we will light a small fire to boil water for hot chocolate, tea or coffee and watch as the sun finishes setting over the magnificent mountain scenery.
Enjoy your hot drink whilst we take you on a guided star-gazing session. We'll show you how to identify some constellations and share our knowledge of the myths and legends that surround the stars. If the skies are cloudy, no sweat, we will stargaze using apps.
Canoes are rafted together so that they are super safe and stable, making it easy and fun to paddle for everyone.
