Enjoy a relaxed and creative family day out this February half term at Blackwell – the Arts & Crafts house. Our family-friendly activities are inspired by Blackwell's architecture and Frances Priest: Motif | Line | Colour exhibition.
Origami birds
Create your own origami bird in the Guild Room, inspired by colours, shapes and patterns found in Frances Priest's Motif | Line | Colour exhibition. Available daily. Materials and instructions provided.
Tissue Paper Stained-Glass Window
Take inspiration from Blackwell's beautiful windows and create your own stained glass window collage using the materials provided.
This activity will be available between 11am – 3:45pm on Thursday 19 February.
Family activities are included with house admission. Lakeland Arts Members and Annual Pass holders go free.
