Road Directions
1. If travelling southbound on the M6 take the exit at junction 36 for Skipton and Kirby Lonsdale (A65) and keep in the left lane to take the first exit at the roundabout (A65)
2. At the following roundabout take the first exit onto Crooklands/Endmoor (A65)
3. Following the A65, turn right at the signposted lamppost for St Patricks CE school and take immediate left for Woodside Road, and Gatebeck Holiday Park is along this road on the right hand side.
Public Transport Directions
BUS -There is a bus stop on Gatebeck Road just outside of the park, with the Stagecoach service number 567 returning to and from Kirby Lonsdale and Kendal.
TRAIN - The nearest train station from park is Oxenholme Lake District station serving Northern Railway, Transpennine Express and Virgin Trainline. The station is located 3.6 miles away (8 minutes by car). Main lines from this station include Glasgow Central, Manchester Airport, London Euston, Windermere, Edinburgh, Manchester Picadilly and Edinburgh.
PLANE - Gatebeck is 95 miles away from Manchester Airport (1 hour 35 minutes by car). You can fly into Manchester Airport from Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh, Southampton, Aberdeen, Isle of Man and Exeter, amongst others.
