Travelling By Rail

If you are coming to us by rail then the West Coast Mainline has trains operated by both Avanti and Transpennine Express. Both offer Passenger Assist services to help you on your way, be that station and seating plans or help getting on and off the trains. Northern operate our local branch lines, connecting the West Coast Mainline through to Windermere and along the counties stunning coastline. They have some great schemes to help you from booking to travelling.

You can also access their rail cards for discounted travel.

Travelling By Coach

National Express operate services to Penrith and Carlisle and you can contact their Assisted Travel Team on 03717 818181 or online for help travelling with them. There is a great information resource on their website. They also offer a Disabled Coachcard for a small annual fee which offers up to 1/3^rd off travel.
