If you’re visiting the Lake District and would love something a little more lasting than phone photos, I offer relaxed outdoor family sessions designed to capture your time here in a natural and meaningful way.

These are short, simple sessions created to fit easily into your plans. Whether you’re wandering by the lakeside, exploring a quiet stretch of woodland, or letting your children run freely somewhere beautiful, the session unfolds around you rather than interrupting your day.

There’s no pressure to pose or perform. I’ll gently guide but mostly I’m there to capture, the laughter and the small in-between moments that often pass unnoticed at the time but become the ones you treasure most.

The Lake District offers such a special backdrop for this. It allows everyone to relax into the moment, especially children, who are free to explore and simply be themselves.

These sessions are about more than just photographs. They’re about holding onto a feeling of being together, away from the everyday, in a place that invites you to slow down.
