Massage Course Retreat with Lake District School of Massage
About
Learn the hands-on practice and business skills to start your career as a massage therapist on an all inclusive retreat in the Lakes. On this 6 day experience, you get to train in full body, holistic deep tissue massage therapy, and enjoy staying in a beautiful Lakeland setting. The experience includes a professional massage qualification, accommodation, meals and wellness activities.
After breakfast each day, discussion based lessons on the topic of setting up a holistic therapy business take place in the lounge with a cup of herbal tea in hand. Then massage tuition; observing, experiencing and practising make up the day.
Evenings are for enjoying the hot tub, exploring the area and relaxing by the fireplace with a book in the historically steeped comfort of Nab Cottage.
The cottage is ideally placed in front of the picturesque Rydal Water, ideal for strolls and wild swimming. Rydal is closeby to the popular villages of Ambleside and Grasmere for further exploration, and closer to the cottage you have the Badger Bar traditional pub for a cosy pint and maybe seeing the visiting badgers being fed!
During your stay you will be treated to three vegetarian meals a day, and yoga in the ambient firelit studio overlooking the mountains.
