About

Visit England’s Excellence Awards; Best Experience 2023, Silver
The Gin Guide’s Environmental Sustainability Winner: 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023
North West Family Business Winner, 2023: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Come and join us at The Old Calf Shed for a behind-the-scenes look at our distillery, followed by a relaxed spirits tasting in our stylish visitor bar.

We will begin with a welcome G&T of our multi award-winning Cuckold’s Revenge Gin which is also featured in the latest edition of “101 Gins To Try Before You Die”. Andy & Zoe, the owners and distillers, will talk about the origins of this gin, our very first creation, including how the name came about. Then it’s into the distillery to see the process. We are a micro distillery, and every bottle of Shed One is created, distilled, bottled, labelled and waxed here at the Shed. Almost all the process is done by hand, making us a truly artisan, craft distillery.

Back into the visitor bar where you can relax while we introduce you to our gin and vodka range (minimum of 5 tastings depending on the time of year) and talk about the botanicals and best serve. Groups are kept small so everyone gets a chance to chat. Questions are encouraged!

We can also arrange distillery tours and gin tastings for private groups and corporate events.

“Fantastic gin tasting session. Hosts were very informative and fun. We had a wonderful time. Justin is a gin convert.” Z & J, Dalton

“Really enjoyed the tasting! We loved learning about how your gin is made and thank you for a great time!” I & L, Dunstable

Your voucher includes a 10% discount on any products bought during your visit.

Each tour and tasting lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

You must be over 18.
