Get fit, feel amazing, and express yourself!

An open adult dance class for all abilities. The class will explore moving and connecting with your body.

Through working with different Dance Artists/Practitioners you'll have the chance to develop technique and learn phrases of movement, with adaptations to suit your body and dance experience. Plus opportunities to throw yourself into improvisation and create your own movement in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
