A special and wonderful way to begin the New Year at the Kadampa Temple for World Peace with praises and requests to Arya Tara, following the powerful prayers Liberation from Sorrow. Arya Tara has the power to free us from sorrow and fulfil our wishes for a happy, meaningful life.
