Ellenboro House offers cosy self-catering accommodation for two people in our modern self-catering apartment. Located in its own private building, the property sits in our orchard and features a private patio, compact kitchen, spacious bathroom with a bathtub and walk-in shower, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a huge sleeping/living/dining area. There is a log burner for cosy nights in, with pretty fairy lights to add to the relaxing atmosphere.

We offer the property as self-catering but guests can add on continental breakfast items to their booking and on selected weekends also add on an option to have a homecooked breakfast.

Ellenboro House is located in a small hamlet with lovely walks from the door, a fantastic cafe at Yew Tree Barn, just a two minute walk from the B&B and we're just half a mile from Michelin starred restaurant, Heft. Meanwhile the village of Cartmel is just under 3 miles away as is the town of Grange-over-Sands, where there are plenty of shops, take-aways and food outlets.

Nearby attractions include Sizergh Castle, Windermere Lake Cruises, Lakeland Motor Museum and Holker Hall & Gardens.
