Nestled in the heart of Grasmere, Cumbria, our beautiful estate offers a peaceful Lake District retreat, combining luxurious accommodation with spacious grounds that are perfect for families, friends and group getaways.

At the heart of the estate is Meadow Brow, a stunning five-bedroom property sleeping up to 10 guests. Each beautifully appointed bedroom benefits from its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, where guests can gather to cook, dine and relax together. Within this open space is a cosy seating area beside a traditional log burner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout. A separate main living room, complete with a second log burner, offers an inviting space to unwind, while a dedicated theatre room is perfect for movie nights. There is also a charming library area, providing a peaceful corner to relax with a good book.

The estate also includes two stylish two-bedroom apartments, The Lion and The Lamb, each sleeping up to four guests. Both apartments feature one en-suite bedroom and a second bedroom served by a separate family bathroom. The Lion also includes a delightful reading nook with two single beds, creating a unique and cosy hideaway for children or a peaceful place to unwind. Each apartment offers an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge centred around a warming log burner.

Surrounded by beautifully maintained grounds, the estate provides plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Wander through the peaceful woodland, relax on the lawns, or make use of the many seating areas thoughtfully placed throughout the gardens.
