From the M6 Leave the M6 at junction 36 and follow the A591, signposted initially to Kendal. Keep following the A591 past Kendal, through Ings Village (watch out for the speed cameras in the 40 limit!) At the mini-roundabout on the edge of Windermere, keep going ahead and follow signs for Ambleside. Approx 2 miles further on, after passing our sister hotel Cragwood, and then Brockhole Visitor Centre on the left, you will see our driveway entrance on the right. From Keswick and the North Lakes Take the A591 south through the Lakes. Pass through Ambleside as if heading for Windermere. Approx 1.5 miles after you leave Ambleside you will pass our sister hotel Briery Wood on the left as you leave the 30mph speed restriction. Continue for another quarter mile and as the road climbs up out of the dip you will see the sign for Brockhole Visitor Centre ahead on the right, at this point start slowing down and indicating left. You will come across our entrance to the left, very suddenly at the end of the climb out of the dip, before the Brockhole entrance
