About
At Patton Hall Farm we offer 2 self contained cottages; Croft Cottage and Drovers Cottage. Both cottages are finished with a high standard and sleep up to 5 adults plus a child.
Patton Hall Farm is a 140acre, family run sheep farm which sits in the Mint Valley. We offer gorgeous views over Kendal and the Lake District Fells beyond. We have the added bonus of being only 2 miles from the market town of Kendal, the gateway to the Lakes and just 12 miles from Windermere. Within an hour, you can be within the heart of the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales.
The cottages are furnished to a high standard for your comfort and each offer 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single with a trundle bed. There is a well equipped, modern kitchen and diner, lovely lounge including leather sofas and smart TV with Netflix, super fast WIFI and electric effect log burner. At the back of the cottages we have a secure patio with furniture so that your dogs are safe and to the front you can relax with a glass of wine and watch the beautiful sunsets across the valley.

Road Directions
• Leave the M6 at J36 (do not follow sat nav to J37) and down the dual carriageway to Kendal. • Follow the signs for A6 North for Shap, out of Kendal. • After 1 mile outside Kendal turn right, signposted for Mealbank at Skelsmergh Church. • Follow this road for 1.5 miles past the stone bridge and Mealbank. • On passing Mealbank Industrial Estate, follow the road for another mile. • Patton Hall Farm is straight up the hill and first on the right.
