About

Our luxury accommodation has been hand built for our bespoke design for couples wanting a romantic retreat or a place to chill out for a few days. Minimum 2-night stay, any day arrivals.

Our two luxurious micro lodge pods are located on Broadrayne farm in the very heart of the Lake District national park. Broadrayne a former 17th Century farm enjoys a sunny elevated position surrounded by some of Britain's finest scenery. There is instant access to many inspiring mountains and valley walks.

The famous coast to coast route passes through the farmlands, the picturesque village of Grasmere is a short stroll away and there is a traditional Lakeland Inn just 400 yards down the road.

Lounge area has as large sofa, log burning stove, dining table with two chairs and a wall mounted LED TV. Fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, small fridge freezer, kettle, toaster plus all the pans, crockery and glasses to create a romantic dinner for two.

Wi-Fi, Bluetooth radio system and 13 amp sockets with integrated USB charger for your deceives. Fully insulated with heated for all year round use. King size bed with storage underneath which is made up for your arrival with crisp white linen and fluffy white towels. Large bathroom including walk in, rain head shower, toilet, sink, heated towel rail. Our Eco-friendly wood chip boiler provides all the hot water for the pods and the lighting is via LED lights.

However, I was wondering if we could jazz it up a little and make it sound a bit better, with a little help from our mutual friend chat GPT haha!

Handcrafted to our own bespoke design, our luxury micro lodge pods are made with couples in mind—whether you’re after a romantic retreat or just a few days of proper peace and quiet. With a minimum two-night stay and flexible arrival days, they’re the perfect excuse to escape to the fells, whenever you fancy.

Nestled on Broadrayne Farm, a former 17th-century farmstead with a sunny, elevated spot in the heart of the Lake District National Park, these two beautifully designed pods are surrounded by some of the UK’s most breathtaking scenery. Step out your door and straight onto inspiring walks through valleys, over peaks, or down to Grasmere village, just a short, scenic stroll away. The iconic Coast to Coast route crosses the farmland, and there’s even a traditional Lakeland inn a mere 400 yards down the road—ideal for a pint with a view.

Inside, your pod is packed with comfort:

  • A cosy lounge with a large sofa, log-burning stove, dining table for two, and a wall-mounted LED TV.
  • A fully fitted kitchen with oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and everything you need for a romantic dinner in.
  • King-size bed with storage, made up with crisp white linen, fluffy towels, and views worth waking up early for.
  • A spacious bathroom with walk-in rainhead shower, heated towel rail, and all the essentials.
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth radio, and USB-charging sockets

The pods are fully insulated and heated, so they stay warm and welcoming whatever the season. And with eco-friendly credentials like a wood chip boiler and low-energy LED lighting, you can enjoy all the luxury with a lighter footprint.
