Wansfell View is a spacious, characterful village home located right in the heart of Hawkshead, just a short, level walk from the village square. Once part of a traditional farm workshop, the property has been thoughtfully updated to create a welcoming and flexible base for families and groups exploring the Lake District.

Set over two floors, the house offers generous living space throughout. A bright kitchen and dining area forms the social heart of the home, with plenty of room for cooking and eating together. There are two separate living rooms, allowing space to relax, unwind, or spread out, which works particularly well for families with children or mixed-age groups.

One of the standout features is the ground-floor double bedroom and shower room, making the property especially suitable for multigenerational stays or guests who prefer easier accessibility. Upstairs, additional bedrooms are well proportioned and enjoy views towards the surrounding fells, with multiple shower rooms ensuring comfort and convenience for larger groups.

Outside, guests can relax in the private hot tub or enjoy outdoor dining after a day on the hills. The property also benefits from private parking for up to four cars, secure bike storage, and an EV charging point (payable on site). Wansfell View is also dog friendly.
