Our accommodation includes:
- Fellside Studio, a stylish, dog-friendly retreat for two, ideal for couples seeking dog-friendly accommodation near Windermere with walks directly from the doorstep.
- Larchside Apartment also sleeps two, offering a bright and comfortable space to relax after a day exploring the fells and surrounding countryside.
- Coming soon, The Chalet will accommodate up to four guests and will also be dog friendly, providing flexible Lake District holiday accommodation for small families or couples wanting additional space.
A variety of scenic walking routes begin right outside, leading to rolling countryside and classic Lakeland landscapes. Fell Foot Park is just 10 minutes away, perfect for lakeside walks, paddleboarding and open-water swimming. Guests can also enjoy the shared garden, which boasts stunning views across Lake Windermere — an ideal spot to unwind after a day outdoors.

Road Directions
Please note using sat nav can often take you through country lanes. The best approach is from the Newby Bridge direction (south of Lake Windermere). At the Newby Bridge roundabout turn right following the A592, signposted for Bowness, for approx. 3.5 miles. Then take the right turn on to Birks Road signposted ‘Park Cliffe’. Fellside Studio and Larchside Apartment at located at 'Pine Tops' which is the first property immediately on your right hand side, behind the laurel hedge. The Chalet is accessed via Park Cliffe Caravan Park.
