About

Icons of Gin: Best Visitor Attraction, Winner 2022.

Come and enjoy our botanical-inspired Afternoon G&Tea! Zoe’s created the sweet treats using some of the botanicals we use to make our gins.

A welcome G&T awaits you, followed by a distillery tour by the owners and distillers, Andy & Zoe. Then relax in our stylish bar with views of Ulverston’s iconic Pepperpot where you can enjoy Zoe’s specially created Afternoon Tea incorporating botanicals used in our gin making. Tables are dressed with lace tablecloths, napkins, vintage teapots, cake stands and china plates, making it a truly special experience.

You can choose a second G&T from our range, as well as a selection of loose-leaf teas and coffee supplied by Penningtons Tea & Coffee Ltd, based up the road in Kendal.

Afternoon G&Tea is served at 1.30pm and 3pm on most Saturdays. Booking essential. There is also some flexibility on other days for groups.

All the sweet treats and scones are gluten-free and made onsite. Gluten-free bread is available on request.

“What a wonderful afternoon we had! Great to see how the gin is made & we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon “G & T” The food, gin and attention to detail was second to none. Thank you!” Kelly, Joanne & Hannah

“Fabulous day – wonderful tour of the distillery followed by the best afternoon tea we’ve ever had locally! Thank you so much – we’ll be back!” Vanessa & Daniel

“A lovely relaxing afternoon somewhere different. Wonderful flavours, loved the crockery, the décor and learning about the gin. Will be back!” Grace, Leanne, Deborah & Hayley

Among our many awards, including World Gin and Great Taste, we are proud to have been the winner of The Gin Guide's Environmental Sustainability Award in both 2020 and 2021. In 2022 we won Icons of Gin, Best Visitor Attraction.
