DISCOVER, EXPLORE, IMAGINE – BEAKID
Join us for a fun and creative hands-on session exploring the impact of plastic pollution and how we can protect our seas.
Learn about marine pollution, create a driftwood fish mobile, make a clay fish fridge magnet, play games and contribute to a collaborative sea-themed art display.
A hands-on, creative way to inspire young ocean protectors.
Beakid is The Beacon Museum's creative, hands-on monthly activity programme for children of all ages.
Designed to spark curiosity and celebrate imagination, Beakid gives young visitors the chance to explore, build, create and discover through fun, themed workshops and events. Connects children to local heritage and science themes, and provides accessible, fun activities for families.
