Step into the elves' magical workshop and discover what really goes on behind the scenes at the North Pole. Join the elves for festive fun, get creative, uncover a few North Pole secrets and help with some very important Christmas preparations…
But there's more to discover… Your North Pole mission will lead you to somewhere very few people ever get to see — Santa's private office.
Behind a very special door, you'll have the chance to meet Santa himself, find out if your name is on the Nice List, and share a little Christmas magic together.

How to book
1. Click on 'book here' and follow the link.
2. Select the date and 15-minute time slot to meet Santa.
If your 'Meet Santa' time is between 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, we recommend visiting the Elves Workshop after your Santa experience.
If your 'Meet Santa' time is between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM, we suggest enjoying the Elves Workshop beforehand.
The Elves Workshop is open daily from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
3. Select Santa's Grotto tickets for all children attending.
4. Tell us a bit about your child/children who are coming to see Santa.
By confirming your booking, you agree to have read and accepted the following information;
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Museum admission is not included. This can be purchased separately.
There is limited parking outside of The Beacon Museum, so please allow plenty of time to park and get here.
If you are late/miss your time slot, we can't guarantee that you'll be able to see Santa.
A maximum of 3 children per 15 minute time slot.

Parking
Pay and display parking on site with limited spaces.
There is also pay and display parking available at Quay Street Car Park (1 minute walk).
Whitehaven's train station is 15 minutes gentle stroll around the picturesque sea harbour, around to The Beacon Museum. A stunning journey with the train line hugging close to the coastline as it travels north to Carlisle and south to Barrow-in-Furness and Grange-over-Sands.
