Swim and run through some of the Lake District's most iconic and varied terrain. Athletes traverse Coniston Water, Windermere, Rydal Water, and Grasmere, navigating technical trails, forest tracks, and open fell paths in a landscape shaped by water, stone, and time.
Three race distances in 2026; Full course (45km), Gritty course (21.1km) and the Sprint course (12.3km).
Athletes can enter any of the three courses as part of a team of two or as a solo entrant.
